Alan Race wins Lifetime Achievement Award

Alan Race wins Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2012 New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards Thursday night.

The event brought together New Zealand Insurers and Brokers honoring the highest standards of excellence, professionalism and performance of individuals, teams and organisations within our industry.

The Lifetime Achievement Award recognises Alan to have significantly contributed towards advancing, promoting and improving the standards and development of the insurance industry in New Zealand over the span of his 45 year career. Alan's current role is Executive Business Development Manager of Crombie Lockwood.

Alan has proven an outstanding approach to servicing and retaining customers, monitoring and finding ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness and sustaining this over several decades.  Alan has used his experience in the development of the RedLine review and discovery process which he readily admits is designed to help brokers understand the fundamentals of establishing all the key risk exposures a client may face and ensuring the correct insurance protection is then put in place.

To be a finalist in the awards is an achievement alone. A nomination must meet rigid criteria, answering a series of questions and backing it up with hard facts, references and sales figures. We also congratulate Ani Te Whaiti for being a finalist for the Emerging Professional of the Year award.
