The Crombie Lockwood Group dates back to 1978 when Colin Crombie started an insurance broking business with a single office in Napier. Crombie Lockwood has grown to be one of New Zealand's largest insurance brokers and is owned by Gallagher, one of the largest risk management and insurance broking companies in the world.
Since our founding, we have expanded operations through organic growth and a wide range of strategic acquisitions. The inclusion of proven, client-focused teams with company cultures that are a good fit with Crombie Lockwood has grown our nationwide footprint.
Our clients receive the quality of service and insurance cover that they have come to expect, but with full international endorsement and global resources a their disposal.
The depth of experience and specific geographic locations of the companies we have brought to the Crombie Lockwood stable means we have been able to enhance our delivery and offerings to both new and existing clients, throughout the country.
We’re here to protect New Zealanders’ way of life and the things that matter most. At Crombie Lockwood it is our mission to position our clients to financially survive any insurable event.
