If you have  a problem understanding something we’ve done, or if you want to make  complaint please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the problem.

We’re here to take care of you, your business and what matters most to you, so if you think we’ve failed in any way, you can trust that we are committed to resolving the issue.

  • Your first call is to talk to your broker directly or to contact your broker’s manager.  You’ll find broker and branch contact details.
  • If you’re still not 100% satisfied, please contact our Feedback & Complaints Committee. They’ll take up your concerns.
  • And finally, if this does not address your complaint fully, your can contact the Financial Services Complaints Ltd. (FSCL) The FSCL is the external dispute resolution scheme for our industry. This independent body is  approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
